Biscuit Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ½ cup Softened Butter
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 4 tbsp Heavy Cream
Streusel Topping Ingredients
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cold Butter
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- The Zest of One Lemon
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Butter to grease the pan
Set your oven to 400 degrees and preheat it. Place a large cast iron skillet in the oven with the 1 tablespoon of butter in it. After a few minutes, the butter will be melted, and you can remove the pan from the oven, swirling it to coat the bottom of the pan.
